My passion is helping people to realise and achieve their goals. I have qualifications in Life Coaching, Psychology, Nutrition, Gym Instructing and Personal Training. Having such a diverse background allows me to offer advice and guidance across multiple areas, meaning that I can provide a holistic approach to personal development. Having a sense of fulfilment from life rarely comes from a single source, so working on different areas of your life is the key to building a fulfilling life.

How I Can Help You

My role is to help you visualise what you want to achieve. Whatever your dream, idea or goal is, I can work alongside you to break it down into smaller, more manageable chunks. If you feel stuck but are not sure why, we can work through this together to help you make lasting changes and move forward. A lot of people go through life feeling like something is wrong or missing, but never stop to understand what that may be. Working with me can help you to find what you truly want from life so that you can start thriving instead of just surviving. Life is short, why not start to build the life you dream of?  

Accountability

Putting your goals down on paper and talking about them with someone else is a great way to keep yourself honest and ensure that you are working towards what you want to achieve. 

Motivation

I act as your personal cheerleader motivating you on your journey. Together we will celebrate each milestone and ensure that you have the motivation to follow through on your Personal Action Plan.

Mindset

The majority of people hold at least one limiting belief about themselves. By using some simple coaching tools, we can work on busting those limiting beliefs and shifting your mindset from the negative to the positive.

Progress

Each session builds on the previous and makes sure that progress is constantly being made to move you closer to your goal. It is all about progress and not perfection! Perfection kills dreams, progress achieves them.

Perspective

Having someone to bounce ideas off can help change your perspective and open you up to ideas or pathways that you had not previously considered.  

Resources

I can find and provide resources relevant to your journey and goals to help you along the way. These will help to make your journey more seamless as you have less to worry about.

Meaning

Setting goals and working towards them can help give your life a sense of meaning or purpose. It can help to shape how you see yourself and your identity. 

Fulfilment

Achieving your goals comes with a sense of pride and fulfilment. This in turn will boost your self-confidence and self-esteem, leading to a more fulfilled sense of self.
